Ibanez Pickups
Tuesday, 08 December 2015
Some of my friends collect soft drink cans, and I do have a rich buddy who collects cars as his pastime hobby. And as for me, I have been collecting electric guitars for the past 25 years now, and over the years, I have amassed a huge guitar collection at home. And since Christmas is just around the corner, I’m thinking of getting some ibanez pickups. Personally, I find Ibanez electric guitars to be amazing, as the performances are simply awesome. Although Ibanez guitars are priced a little higher than usual, I find the money invested to be worthwhile.

Biopod - An App-Controlled Habitat
Monday, 12 October 2015
I have always wanted to grow something green inside my home, as I am surrounded by grey-colored walls in a concrete jungle. Of course, space is definitely a luxury here, and every inch counts. And just recently, I cleared some books off the shelf and that freed up a tiny space for me to plant something. Well, I got to know something called the Biopod just recently, in which the Biopod is actually a habitat that you can use to grow almost anything inside.

What makes the Biopod rather unique is the fact that it is an app-controlled habitat, in which you can simply pick a setting off the app, and the app would do the rest for you. Generally, the app helps to automatically regulate the humidity, temperature, light, and it can even create artificial rainfall. It even has a camera inside, so that you can take a sneak peak while you are gone. Well, the Biopod is currently sourcing for funds, as it is a crowfunded initiative, and I’m very interested in it.

Tire Changers
Monday, 12 October 2015
Just last week while I was traveling to work on a working morning, I heard a loud noise from the back of my car. Three miles later, I found out that my back tire burst due to vigorous daily usage, and that prompted me for a tire change. A quick visit to the tire shop was quite a pleasant one, as the respective shop is well equipped with various tire changing equipments, and they made the place extra comfy too. The entire tire changing ordeal lasted half an hour only, and I used the time to take a closer look at their tire changers. A quick glance at their equipment reveals their tire changers are pretty heavy duty, and they can perform tire change for any type of vehicle. After talking to the shop’s owner, he revealed that he buys great tire changers at BestBuyAutoEquipment! A simple tire changer can cost roughly $1,000, while high-end ones are priced in the five-figure region. Well, I got my car tires changed and they even performed a tire alignment for me for free. I would sure recommend my friends to change their tires at this tire shop, as their services are simply awesome.

Tuesday, 15 September 2015
We all know now that mobile phones are mostly powered by the Android operating system, and over the years, the trend seems to continue to solidify in favor of Google. And of course, being a monopoly in the respective field, it looks like Google has definitely its was of abusing their monopolistic position, and recent findings by the Russian government suggests that Google is indeed abusing their mobile dominance through the Android operating system.

Apparently, Yandex a Russian search firm has filed a complain against Google, whereby the alleged that Google was abusing their monopoly in their Android OS, by making sure that phone makers would pre-install some Google apps, while precluding third party apps. Russia’s anti-monopoly regulator has determined that Google’s app policy violates their national competition law, and Google would be subjected to coughing up a hefty fine of 15 percent of their Russian revenue from 2014, if found guilty.

BAE 1073
Tuesday, 15 September 2015
I’m not much of an audiophile, but surely, my best friend is, and he has invested heavily in his private studio which is equipped with some of the latest audio equipment. Last Friday, I went over my best pal’s home for a visit, and he treated me to an awesome audio experience, whereby he played so many exciting and interesting sounds through his audio equipment. Apparently, my best friend is shopping for a rack-mount, particularly the BAE 1073. Generally, the BAE 1073 is a high-end microphone pre-amp and its performance is simply extraordinary. After a quick search off the internet, it seems that the BAE 1073 is priced at the rather high-end region, but surely, any professional audiophile would definitely want this piece of equipment in their arsenal.

NASA Pluto Discoveries Include Hazy Skies And Flowing Ice
Sunday, 26 July 2015
I dislike the idea when they downgraded Pluto from a full-fledge planet to a dwarf planet sometime ago, as I felt that the respective planet classification to be very unfair and unwarranted indeed. Nevertheless, NASA did make several discoveries on this particular planet just recently, when their spacecraft has recently reached its destination, and sent home amazing photographs of the dwarf planet.

Some of the amazing discoveries sent from New Horizon's Long-Range Reconnaissance Imager (LORRI) shows "geologic activity" on the surface. According to them, they observed flowing ice on a plain called Sputnik Planum. On the other hand, NASA commented that the ice flowed, which closely resembles the movement of glaciers back here on Earth – quite fascinating isn’t it?

The Vienna Metal Pen And Stylus
Sunday, 26 July 2015
Smartphones are an integral everyday component, whereby we depend on our smartphones to make calls, as a device that helps our office chores, and we also use our smartphones for entertainment purposes too. With the advent of the smartphone come other innovations like the stylus pen. In fact, most of my friends use a smartphone stylus pen to navigate around their smartphone, and according to them, the smartphone stylus pen makes it easier and more accurate to input commands to their smartphone. After listening to their comments, I wanted to try the stylus pen too, and after a quick browse on the internet, my search has pointed me to The Vienna Metal Pen + Stylus. The respective pen is an ordinary pen; however, it does come with a stylus pointer at the other end, which I find it to be very handy indeed. In fact, I do not need to carry around a pen and a stylus anymore, as clearly, the respective pen has a 2-in-1 combo, which makes it convenient for me and everybody else, don’t you think?

Hillary Clinton Is Concern About Uber
Thursday, 16 July 2015
Gig-based economy is certainly gaining a strong foothold in the 21st century, whereby we’ve seen Fiverr and up until recently Uber gaining the spotlight in the media. Of course, while Fiverr has not contributed to any controversy as the jobs postings contained inside the respective digital economy is somewhat restricted to the digital arena, sadly the same can’t be said to Uber.

Uber certainly took the car for hire market by storm, and it seems that Uber is also taking a whole load of storm themselves too. We’ve seen France taking action against Uber, whereby top executives have been detained and possibly would be charged soon for their presumably illegal taxi service, it seems Hillary Clinton has a word or two about the company too. In her recent speech, she mentioned that while she is fascinated with such gig-based economy, she’s also concerned about the lack of work-place protections that these jobs entail.
