The Android operating system created waves of enthusiasm amongst consumers, whereby this particular operating system is one of the most widely adopted operating systems for smartphones. And judging by the fact that Google did a marvelous job in promoting their OS to consumers, more and more smartphones are now opting for the respective OS instead of other mainstream options.
And just recently, Oracle is suing Google for patent and copyright infringement in Android, whereby the company claims that Google has copied several source code from Java, and labeled these codes as their own, namely, ‘proprietary / confidential’, and ‘do not distribute’. Surely, such patent and copyright infringement can be do-away by splashing some money, right Google?
