For those who are living in China, I’m pretty sure you’ve already heard the latest news that Apple China has officially announced the suspension of the iPhone 4S sales for the entire China. Apparently, the iPhone 4S was launched in the company’s flagship store in Beijing recently, in which a flood of customers were seen queuing up in -9 degrees Celsius hoping to buy the phone.

However, the flagship store did not open for business on that particular day, prompting angry response from the crowd. Insider sources indicated that the mob of people weren’t normal customers, but they were workers that were hired by resellers who wanted to grab the stock and sell it for a generous profit. Similar purchase disorder was also seen when the iPad2 went on sale in China. China’s Apple spokesperson has prompted that the risk to open for business is simply too great, which forces a halt on the iPhone 4S sales in China for the time being.
