AMD forecasted the death of netbooks before these tiny little laptops even got out into the market – and they were proven dead wrong, as netbooks are still alive and kicking. Generally, ASUS is one of the mainstream manufacturers for netbooks, and they just recently introduced their ASUS Eee PC 1225B that would feature a dual-core C60 AMD processor that would run at 1GHz. Consumers can also opt for a faster AMD dual-core 1.65GHz E450 APU instead too.
The ASUS Eee PC 1225B supports up to 4GB of DDR3 RAM, and the netbook comes with a default 320GB hard disk storage space. The ASUS Eee PC 1225B features a 11.6 inch screen that has 1,366 x 768-pixel resolution. The netbook also comes with USB2.0 and USB3.0 ports, VGA, and HDMI ports too. The ASUS Eee PC 1225B will be priced with a starting price of €349 ($455).
