Canon has recently unleashed a rather enticing brand new Canon SX30IS camera into the market, whereby this particular camera features a point-and-shoot feature, and encased in a DSLR format. Nevertheless, what makes the Canon SX30IS even more fascinating is the fact that it comes with a 24-840mm lens, which allows the camera to zoom up to 35 times through its wide angle lens.
On the other hand, the Canon SX30IS comes with a 14.1 megapixel sensor, and can snap 720p videos too. The Canon SX30IS will also run on Canon’s latest DIGIC 4 image processor, and a new zoom framing assist system will be incorporated inside the system. However, the LCD for the Canon SX30IS measures only 2.7 inch, which is the same LCD screen size when compared to its predecessors.
