Most desktop power supplies come with a built-in fan which helps cool the power unit, while increasing airflow for the desktop in the process too. However, some of these fans are downright noisy, and this is where Cooler Master’s latest technological marvel, dubbed as the Silent Pro Hybrid Fanless Power Supply Series, comes into place.

Although the unit isn’t actually fan-less, apparently, it comes with a module that detects the overall power consumption of your desktop PC. Apparently, when the PC consumes less than 200W, the fan is automatically switched off. On the other hand, the Silent Pro Hybrid Fanless Power Supply Series also boast a 90-percent efficiency, and it comes with fully module cables too. Also, you can tweak the speed for your system fans through a dedicated control panel too. Well, so many features built into the power module, come with a price, in which you’ll be expected to pay $200 to $300 for the power supplies, which come in 3 different models, namely 850W, 1050W and 1300W.
