Google to Launch MP3 Store PDF Print E-mail

Google has yet again increased their market reach, whereby the juggernaut has now got their hands in the music business. Insider sources have indicated that Google is now finalizing their new MP3 store, which is still in beta version at the moment, and they speculate that the Google Music Beta may launch within the next few weeks, probably before Apple’s unveil of the iTunes Match, which is scheduled to be held at the end of this month.

Still, Google has to clear the final hurdle for their music endeavor, whereby they need to finalize their negotiations with record labels and publishers, before getting their music empire off the grounds. Surely, with Google’s entrance in so many market segments, I’m guessing that Google would definitely gain a huge foothold of the electronic market. Perhaps Google might be generous enough to provide free music download for their initial launch of Google Music?
