Well the Supreme Court has taken the initiative to revolutionize the entire legal proceedings, whereby apparently, judges are already incorporating various modern elements into the legal process. For instance, it seems that Justice Elena Kagan favors the usage of the multi-million selling Kindle, while Justice Antonin Scalia prefers to use his trusty iPad instead.
Of course, these electronics devices would be used as supplements for the legal proceedings, but it will not replace the old fashioned reading method though. Personally, I believe that the judges should use laptops instead, as clearly, these devices are somewhat limited in certain functionalities, don’t you think so?
