Well the D90 has been around the market for quite sometime now, and I believe that it’s time that Nikon should create an appropriate successor to the D90. And with the D3100 officially being disclosed to consumers, it seems that Nikon is again making another revelation about their upcoming product, dubbed as the D7000.
Generally, DSLR lovers are branding the D7000 as the successor to the D90, but there isn’t much information on the D7000 yet, so it might be too early to tell whether the D7000 will be replacing the D90. However, there is some information on the D7000, whereby apparently this particular DSLR offers 100% viewfinder coverage, as opposed to the D90’s 96%. Also, the D7000 would be equipped with a 16 megapixel sensor, and it can snap 1920 x 1080 HD videos, and sources have indicated that it might be available in as early as this mid-September for $1,200.
