The Kindle is the pioneer for e-readers, whereby it is one of the earliest e-readers available in the market. Apparently, DigiTimes have made a bold statement lately, whereby they claimed that Nook has in fact outsell the Kindle for the month of March. Generally, DigiTimes’ research has suggested that Barnes & Noble's Nook accounted for 53 percent for e-readers sold in the United States in March.
However, Amazon refuses to publish specific sales data for their Kindle, thus it’s practically impossible to determine whether the Nook really outsold the Kindle. Amazon on the other hand, doesn’t even bother boasting their Kindle sales, thus it’s pure speculations at the moment.
Surely, I find the Nook to be rather superior when compared to the Kindle, don’t you think so?
