Obama to Help Small Banks and Businesses PDF Print E-mail

President Barack Obama has disclosed recently that he is formulating a strategy, in which will help small banks and businesses to thrive in the ever competitive business environment. According to Obama, he mentioned that he wants small banks and businesses to be able to tap into the $700 billion financial rescue fund in which the administration has already been allotted to help the public business sector. Also, Obama hopes that future bailout payments will generally wind down when it comes to focusing on large corporations, but rather to help the smaller ones to thrive instead.

Personally, I believe that the move that the administration has adopted recently reflects the mounting pressure which the administration has received recently, whereby large corporations got huge chunks of cash from the government, while spending the public’s fortune irresponsibly. Of course, by refocusing the government’s attention to help smaller businesses, this can also help stimulate the economy, whereby more jobs can be created at a quicker pace.

Do you think that the latest measures to help small banks and businesses can ultimately help the economy to recover?
