The Chinese manufacturers are surely innovative indeed, whereby they have recently upgraded the Qi Smartbook U2000 with better hardware specifications. Basically, the Qi Smartbook U2000 resembles a MID, but it also has all the functionalities contain inside a smartphone.
On the other hand, the makers of the Qi Smartbook U2000 has given the MID aka smartphone a new lease of life, whereby they have upgraded the OS to Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system, as well as a 624MHz Marvell CPU, and you even get a 3.2 megapixel camera and 5-inch touchscreen on the ‘smartbook’.
With all these power and functionalities, the price to purchase this smartbook is fixed at 2,680 Chinese yuan (roughly $390).
