We all know that DVI, VGA, HDMI, and even USB display connectivity does not match, and you’ll need specialized adapters in order to convert your display to another form of connectivity. And if you are searching for a device which can convert USB-to-DVI / VGA / HDMI, I believe that the Sewell Minideck is the adapter that you should seriously consider purchasing.
Of course, this particular adapter utilizes the DisplayLink DL-195 chip, and it can support resolutions of up to 2,048 x 1,152.
Not sure how much the company is pricing this particular adapter, but if you have bought the wrong display unit for your computer, then this particular adapter is the thing that you should purchase to make things right.
